FAN BUS seats...goin'....goin'..... Only six seats on the fan bus to the state championship game in Arlington, Texas, remain. Reservations from Kent County folks will continue to be accepted until those seats are filled, OR until 3:30pm on Tuesday (at which point reservations will no longer be accepted).

School Calendar Update We will dismiss students for Christmas break on Tuesday, December 16 at 3:30 PM. December 17–19 will now be school holidays, and April 10 and May 1 will be revised to full instructional days.

Jaybirds vs Richland Springs



Jayton-Girard ISD will be taking a Band/Fan bus to the Jaybird Football game Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Dallas Cowboy Stadium. The bus will leave from the front of the school at 7:00 am.

Jayton-Girard ISD will not be held responsible for accidents, meals, or entry into the game. Junior high, high school, and community members are welcome to ride. Elementary students are also welcome to ride when accompanied by a parent. Junior high and high school students must bring this form back signed by a parent or legal guardian. Community members, elementary students, and parents please bring this signed form with you when you load. Students will have first priority. Must be a resident of Kent County. All riders must sign up by noon on Monday the 15th. Call the front office to sign up.
