The bus transporting our Beginner Band hit a turkey this afternoon. Windshield damage resulted. Our students are now on a different bus, headed to Clyde for their band festival. All safe. No injuries. Except for the windshield of the first bus, that is.

Due to the possibility of precipitation on Thursday, our Bi-District Baseball Series has been moved to Wednesday, April 29th. Because of this change, our JH Tennis Meet in Jayton has been moved to Tuesday(tomorrow), April 28th.

Congratulations to Lainey Baldridge and Kyndrey Branum. Lainey placed 1st in Feature Writing and will advance to State. Lainey also placed 6th in News Writing. Kyndrey placed 4th in Editorial Writing. Great job girls!

Congratulations to our Prose and Poetry speakers. Ella Long won Poetry and Colt Gentry place second in Prose and will be advancing to State. Sophia Nino placed fourth in Prose.
